Roger Moore
International superstar Roger Moore delivers a hilarious and totally unexpected performance in "Boat Trip", the hysterical new comedy from International West Pictures. Having forged a career as the ever-so-macho secret agent James Bond in an unforgettable series of films, Moore is cast entirely against type in "Boat Trip". He appears here as Lloyd, one of the passengers onboard the cruise ship that Cuba Gooding Jr. and Horatio Sanz have taken in search of love and adventure. Lloyd is an eccentric multi-millionaire who turns out to be anything but macho.
Having become universally recognizable through his James Bond films – "Live and Let Die", "The Man With the Golden Gun", "The Spy Who Loved Me", "For Your Eyes Only", "Moonraker", "Octopussy" and "A View to a Kill" – Moore needs no introduction. In addition to continuing his acting career, Moore has taken on the duties of roving ambassador for U.N.I.C.E.F. (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund), following in the line of such luminous predecessors as Audrey Hepburn, Sir Peter Ustinov and Danny Kaye. In this non-paying position, Moore has traveled to the far ends of the world raising funds for the organization and at the same time promoting the causes of underprivileged children.
